Greetings All

I recently wrote of Rebel Fire when I inherited two dozen odd bottles of
hot sauces. Well after having had my fill of it and having sampled
several well known and mundane ones, I turned my attention to Loltun's
Salsa Picante De Chiles Habaneros. What a wake up for the mouth!
Wonderful habanero flavour, mellowed out by carrot and onion. Not too
vinegary. Quite hot (well, maybe just medium for most of you here) but
mild enough that I could use a reasonable quantity on things so that
I could actually taste the chilies. This is going to become a regular
part of my inventory from now on.
