Welcome Max,

And yes it is the greatest Chile list I know of. This was a tad unusual to
say the lest.

Risa-thanks for the Aji Amarillo seeds. I am hoping to get pods even though
this is a late planting! Fell in love with the taste of this Chile at a new
local Peruvian restaurant! This is a new cuisine for me and so much more
interesting than the heavy on meat no Chile cuisines of Argentina, Brazil,
Chile, etc. Peruvians use chiles! Best Ceviche I have had is from a recipe
from a Peruvian family my daughter knows. I'll get her to write it for you
all. Interesting side w/it is yucca and sweet potato. Sounded weird, but is
a terrific combination.
