[CH] Purple areas on Chiles

Some chiles, like Serranos and Jalapenos often have purple
streaks when they are green. They kind of look like the broken
blood vessels in your nose if you've been drinking too much of that
Cave Creek swill:-). If the plants weren't frozen completely they will
recover. If they were, they are already dead and there's no way to
ressurect them.

> My question is: the frost seems to have caused some of the (green) fruits to
> have purple areas on them - will these fully develop, and become edible?
> And also: besides normal TLC is there anything to help frost recovery?
