[CH] Jalapeno Pickled eggs

I bought some Jalapeno pickeled eggs at a roadside stand in NC on the way to
the Outer Banks. They were delicious but not very hot. I figured that I could
make them with other chiles but have never made pickled eggs other than the
red beet type. Any suggestions???
