bottle, more slender than a Tabasco bottle, and the shaker top has just one

Good discovery!  We love Shichimi Togarashi also.

  Great sprinkled in broths and on seafood such as scallops.  Both Charlie 
Trotter and Jean-Georges Vongerichten (of Vong fame) use these in their 
fusion cuisines.

  There is another similar seasoning for rice called Wasabi Fumi Furikane.  
These nice mixes contain nori, chiles or horseradish etc.

Another thing that is a quick hot fix for lunch KimChi Instand Noodle Bowls.  
These are by Korea Yukult.  I usually toss him some fresh veggies' as well.
