Well, I made Homestyle Inner Beauty last weekend - except I
wasn't paying attention, and I was sure the recipe called for a 
papaya instead of a mango.  So, after coming home from the store
with a papaya, I figured that I'd give it a go anyway.  The sauce
is awesome!  Now I just have to get through the jar to try the
next batch correctly.... (I also only had 1/4 cup of mustard in
the house, and went with it - no adverse effects).
Anyway, I encourage trying the papaya variation... it is nice!
Probably a bit sweeter than a mango would have been...

BTW, I love that Mike's Mastercook recipe said "Serving size: 1".
