Chile-Heads love to experiment with making their own products, and now
there's an opportunity to see how they measure up.  My company, Sunbelt
Shows, founder of the National Fiery-Foods & Barbecue Show, sponsors the
Scovie Awards Competition.  In our amateur division, Chile-Heads compete for
the best hot sauce, salsa, BBQ Sauce, jam/jelly, and miscellaneous (like
relish or candy).
