We're doing an article w/ the Washington Post about the hot sauce biz -
but can't seem to find a reliable source for the definitive Scoville
Heat Units.

The writer has located nearly 20 different books and web sites, all with
wildly varying info on the Scoville scale.

Is there one *definitive* source for information on how hot each pepper
is?
