I figured as much, I have some that's over a year old myself. I noticed I
just had to shake it then use it. I'm not a huge heat person myself, it
tears me up too much (love the flavors though), but I've noticed when I
haven't used say jim's Hab sauce in a while it about sends me thru the roof.
Guess I need to start building up some tolernaces again.
