Yes ma'am, they will. Habaneros are now grown over most of the world. I've seen them grow as far north as Nanaimo Brittish Columbia Canada :-) Heat variations are possible but are as closely related to soil and sunlight differences as anything. I grow several thousand in Indiana (Indianapolis). Yours will most likely do fine. -Jim C Mild to Wild
