[CH] Karen's Hot Luck

Just wanted to give a small review of the Hot Luck and say thanks to Karen
for hosting again. A good time was had by all.

This time I brought:

Risa's Kick Butt Hummus & Pita Bread
Chipotle Cream Cheese & Chocolate Chip Bagels
Jamaican Jerk Turkey Pie
Smoked Chile Knishes - in phyllo dough
" - in rice paper like spring rolls
" - in a regular bread dough

The other food was pretty good too - Alex's 2 pastas were terrific. Yummy.

Marks shrimp were great too. Karen's Habanero Lime Ices was fabulous and
HOT. Of course, Alex also brought the famous bloody mary mix and they were
just as wonderful as the last time.

Recipes will be posted when I have time - hopefully tomorrow night.
