welcome to the wunnerful world of chileheads...may you find
enlightenment here, and possibly develop a love for Chile Twister
[TM!] while yer at it <g>...

serranos are fine to pick when green (vs. jalapenos which,
personally, i think suck when green...bitter/chemical tasting). One
of my favorite things to make with them is "Love Butter" (via the
Magnolia Cafe in Austin TX) which is nothing more than pureed serrano
chiles and whole salt free butter. Use it to cook with, naturally,
and whatever else yer little heart may desire...good stuff.
Excellent-o for frying eggs and such.

OT...I actually got a little excited seeing the words (wirds?)
"spankin" and "new member" in the same sentence...Monk Rael did
indeed think a flogging was to commence...indeed...

Pardon. You'll get used to me...or ignore me.

Either way, welcome, and may the blessings of El Grande be upon you.

Peace, Hendrix, and Chiles.......
