Just another name for that Indian pepper that was written up by 
Reuters and has pretty much been discredited. Several follow-ups 
were tried with the Indians who claimed to have tested it and they 
never responded. I think it's a C. Frutescens which would probably 
put it in the 50K Scovie range. Not nearly hot enough. It's been 
posted about here several times.
