Scott's tofu jerky might still need some work but this man puts together the
most delicious pepper stuffed green olives.  He gave me a large jar to take
home and....they're gone!  Consumed, finished, inhaled, snarfed down, gone!
I don't remember enjoying a snack this much in a long time and even the
scotch bonnets didn't knock me for a loop when they were wrapped in salty
green olive flesh.

I'm going to make some and stuff them with my garden ready jals.  Should be
about the right heat for me although Green is starting to convince me I'm
moving toward the left in my pepper tolerance!
