I made a great find yesterday.     If anyone is familiar with BJ's wholesale 
foods  (same as Costco and Sam's)   then you should check out the deli 
section for Habenero cheese.   It is very good and has a nice bite - much 
better than the jalapeno cheeses you often see in the grocery stores.    

Also.......since there seems to be a discussion about smokers going on, could 
anyone recommend a good indoor smoker?   I don't eat much meat but maybe a 
smaller one that does peppers and vegetables well.
