Sounds a lot like a Bolvian Rainbow.

Fruits goes thru a creamy white stage, then orange then red.

Try Seeds Of Change for seeds.

Last year I found a hot pepper plant at an herb show which turned out to be
a real gem. It was variegated with green leaves edged in cream and purple.
It had loads of small fruits which started out as lavender and then aged to
dark crimson. It grew to be about 18" tall. Unfortunately, I never knew
the name of this pepper and I haven't been able to find it again.
