Hi Guys n' Gals,
I was thinking how great the non-red peppers were that we have to play withbut
many people do not nknow much about. So I thought it might be good if we do a
top ten or even just a vote for a popular brown/black skinned beauty of the
pepper world that takes the fancy? Whatyasay?
Personally for a sweet treat, my vote is for the mulato poblano for stuffing
with minced shrimp(prawn) /ginger/habs/raisins/garlic/cilantro/cheese and baking
for some sweet lovin.
