Hey LB,

Cut to the chase and just dumped in Jim's Hab stuff.  Figure it'll kill me or 
the cold considering the amount I put in.  Still coughing, but nose is 
unplugged and it's only been 20 minutes.  LOL

Add to a cold can of chicken noodle soup and a pinch of ginger

Warm up on stove.
Stir often.

After consumption,  one feels much better for 4 to 6 hours.
