I would think just about all of us have had a nice wasabi rush at some point in our lives. So Byron, you don't think I'll have much luck with horseradish in GA? I just had a root taken from DE and given to me. I was thinking I would dig in some type of contained area and plant it along my fence. So far the rhubarb is working - one that I never thought would do down here. Suz
