Being a newbie I'm not for sure what it is.  None have turned colors yet but
are at least 2"
across and 5"+ long.  The plant itself looks very similar to my other Super
Cayenne though it did grow taller.  Should I keep waiting to see if they
turn red or harvest a couple to see what the heat and taste is like?

If it continues to grow a little more, and eventually turns to a brilliant
orange-red, then you may have a "Cuban".
Those are great for stuffing, but have very little heat.
