Dave has NOT sold e-mail addresses.  My Hotmail address (which is the one
Dave sends his newsletter too) is only used for e-mail lists and personal
mail, I have received no spam here.  I do believe that someone said earlier
that if you asked nicely Dave would remove you from the list (which I find
interesting and fun to read).  Public attacks on his character is not the
"nice" way ask to be removed from a list, and this whole discussion does not
belong here.  If you have a problem with Dave's newsletter, tell Dave not me
and all the other CH's.
