For those of you discussing Wasabi this week, Sarah did a show tonight about 
it on Cooking Live.   She talks about using fresh wasabi versus the dried 
version which is what you will typically find.       She mentions a company 
in Oregon that sells the real thing though  www.freshwasabi.com.
