And for a real treat?  Fresh Natto is heavenly in taste, texture, ahhh 
where's the wasabi and nori?

I am just going to have to have a sushi fix today including natto-maki 
handroll w/wasabi and of course pickle ginger.

Note for those in  California Florida Hawaii Oregon Texas and Washington:  
Todai has sushi and many other quite nicely prepared dishes for $12.95 
weekday lunch all you can eat.  

It's a steal of a deal.  Japanese owned and operated.  These restaurants are 
huge buffet style which is usually a turn off for us, but this is truly the 
exception.  About 20 chefs cooking and preparing continually.  Everything 
from Maguro to chile crab to tempura to lobster to sweets are very fresh!  
Chiles are used in some dishes like the fried calamari, but there are dishes 
of chiles and wasabi all over.
