Friends,

Still looking for a recipie for hot pickled beets. Are there any out there?

I wish I had a web-page, then I could put a picture on to show, but I have
a habanero plant in my greenhouse that has nearly 100 peppers on it. I left
the door open for a few days to get some insects in the house for
pollination. We've been blessed with cool nights, and mild days (below 85
F) so pollination is going great guns. I should have enough to keep most of
Norwegian North Dakota in heat for a long time.

My son brought home some Korean peppers from his honors science program at
the university this summer. So far, they look similar to habaneros, without
the wrinkles. How hot are they? They have really neat flowers, start out
like a small white ball, open up to a large, (>1/2 inch) white flower. Hope
they turn out great.

Thanks
