I too grew about 8 Biker Billy plants this year. Have been picking them for
about a month now, nice hot to very hot flavorful chile, reminiscent of what
Jalapenos tasted like years ago. Mine were pruned early in June by some
chile-head Deer who ate the tops off of 22 asst. pepper plants. Biker
Billy's plants are now 4ft.+ w/very large chiles. Smoked about 50 of them in
my smoker using hickory dust for about 5 hours and then finished them in a
dehydrator until dry. Hmmmm..good!!
