Subject: [CH] Biker Billy's

I picked my first Biker Billy jalapeno today, and man oh man were they good.
We put them into a shrimp gumbo that we were making, and they were
excellent. The heat was just right (a very middle tongue heat.. nicely hot).
This is the first year that I've grown them, and I've heard mixed reviews in
the past. I have to say that I was very impressed by their heat, flavor and
overall roundness. I wasn't sure if I was picking them too early, but there
are many more coming and I'll let some of them ripen up more before I pick
them. This may be old news to some, but I had to post this because I just
ate a half of a Biker Billy and I'm on a CH high right now. :)

Ive been growing Biker Billys for 3 years now..had nothing but good luck
with them..very plentiful plants with huge and hot peppers
