Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the kind birthday greetings! It really makes my day to turn
on the puter and see that CH's are thinking of me. You guys are the best!

Well, I had some peppers ready to be processed so my sister-in-law took some
red Siberian Indoors and a Lingua di Satana I accidently broke off the plant
earlier that day and put in the pestle and mortar. She ground it up a bit
and then added some salt and then my uncle took over and ground the stuff up
until there were a few chunks left. Darn, it was hot! The smell was enough
to clog up your throat and if you got too close with your eyes they'd water
up pretty bad. Excellent! The taste was good. The combination of the two
peppers was great and made sure we had a great sauce to try. Pity that
almost nobody dared to. Just Emile and I and my two uncles. Die hards! Yummy
sauce that is now perfecting itself in the fridge. I cleaned the pestle and
mortar and the fumes from that, hot water with cap oil, opened my sinuses.
This stuff is great! So, I had a great day with cool presents, including the
kick ass album from Linkin Park and bottled peppers, and hot stuff. What
more can I ask for?
