As it should.
Email should be plain ascii.

For those of you afflicted with Outlook, here's how to turn off HTML
in mail:

select Tools->Options->Mail Format.

Where it says "Send in this message format" choose Plain Text.

It's also polite to use the Internet standard method of indicating
included text, which is to prefix it with a leading '>' character.

To set Outlook to do this, select
Tools->Options->Preferences->E-mail Options

Under "on replies and forwards"
select "Prefix each line of the original message"
for both selection boxes, and then type in a '>'
in the "Prefix each line with:" field.

Ob.chile:
Today's lunch included a sandwich with chipotle sauce.
My wife makes this by simply running a can of chipotle in adobo
through the food processor. It mkes a good sauce for sandwiches and
quesadillas.
