  Another neat way to use habs is if you are cooking a dish in a wok or 
frying pan. Just heat up the olive
oil in the pan or wok, then fry up some habs. After a few minutes remove 
the habs and fry the rest of your meat or dish in the "hot" oil. Yummy!!!
