Interesting, I guess I am not the only one who cannot live without fresh
Serranos. Even in the middle of the winter, when I have a lot of chilies
in the freezer, and more dried ones than I can ever consume, I always have
to have some fresh Serranos around. I cook a lot of Eastern Indian food
where they go into nearly every dish. As far as Cayenne goes, I can't even
imagine cooking without it ....
