sorry but I can't get to view the chilepepper institue website and I don't
know why.

I live in Terlizzi, near Bari, on the adriatic south side of Italy, very dry
climate...much more dry than Badolato.
You are luck to stay in Calabria whole November for the mild climate and the
very hot foods!
