Hi Brad,

Last year I had an abundance of tabasco peppers. I stuck the red ones in
pretty bottles and filled them up with golden Sherry. I looks pretty, is
very easy and quick and you can use both the peppers as well as the spicy
sherry for cooking. Worked well for me.
