Our Chili cookoff was a great success this past weekend...had over 80 people
cooking and 25 different chilis...and many would have CH hits...they had a
burn ....several tables had powdered hab/jal. or other chile you could add
to taste..next year I think we'll add a salsa/hot sauce competition...not
bad for a staff of 5 and a bitty Texas town...we had nearly 400 people
joining in to taste and feel the burn.
