We have a hand blender that we use to blend home canned jars of tomatoes to make tomato sauce, or to puree salsa for a spicier tomato based sauce for casseroles, etc. (or as we say in ND -- a 'hotdish") Peppers are just about done -- had a light frost. Took out the cucurbit vines but didn't damage the peppers and tomatoes. Have jalapenos that are huge -- make great grilled peppers. Nels in ND
