As June Allison said  "Depends"

When I purchase seeds, I normally buy from Johnny's, Stokes and Vesey's.

Stokes has a statement in their catalog about all their seeds being treated.

Johnny's has a statement about all their seeds being inspected

Vesey's (PEI) seeds has to be inspected for US import.

These seeds I do not treat.

If I purchase from a catalog without the above statement(s) or seeds from a
new homegrower or some that I have saved in a bad year, I will treat these.
