okay re: last post mushy is not what I meant... soft is the word.
mushy I toss or didn't pick.

fillet isn't quite the correct word sorta maybe.
after I remove the white seed core, I place one end of the scissors in
and cut down one side and shake/flick off the seeds..

do I care if I have seeds in  ground peppers??
