Made up a nice batch of jelly from a recipe found on the web, made a few alterations from the original. It Had a dozen red jalapenos, one red savina and a couple red bells for the peppers, made another batch using all green which has a little less heat. I don't have the complete recipe here at work but I can post it from home if anyone is interested. Charlie
