Still at it. Have only lost a handful since a week ago. Had a bit of a
family crisis over the weekend and last week it was festering so feel
very fortunate.

a few Ques.. Can peppers on the dehydrator be too dry??
I am going to grind them. seems like I wouldn't really need a grinder
more of a rolling pin.

Last night I did the Thai Dragons (type looking) just stemmed 'em and
spread em out.
is it because they are freshly dried??
Have little to compare too really.

Also the (need Cameron's display table to look for names,,,,,) ummm well
another one of Jim's a bit fatter than the Thai's ..... the ones that
are yellowy then orange then red.... those I dried only the red ones
they are interestingly mottled when they are dry.

and lastly gloves..... I am going to have hunan fingers for a month.
makes contact lenses a pain..... understand why Susan went to glasses
only..... maybe I am playing with the peppers too much..... but none of
the gloves seem to be working. if all that capsicum leaks through, why
as a nurse am I bothering to wear gloves around my clients???

WD-4o only seems to spread the burn.... lemon juice seems to make me
think I feel better but I still am able to spread the oil even If I
cant' feel it.
I seem to have habanero finger tip pretty heavy.... oh the joy of peppers.
