I handle a lot of chile seeds and powder and more than once have 
managed to stick a chile covered finger in my eye. Jean Andrews 
book "Peppers, The Domesticated Capsicums" suggests using 
chlorine bleach on your hands and even gives the formula which 
causes the capsiacins to dissolve. I don't think that bleach is the 
greatest thing to pour on your body parts but I have to say that it 
sure works.
