Wild Willy's Capsicum Cantina.

Tried this out recently and it was great, I tried there green and red chilis
(they have white also) and they were outstanding (available to go too). I
also talked to those around and they were all very impressed. One table of 6
was sharing food all around the table. As always no affiliation!. The food
is southwestern/Mexican with all dishes chile related. The owner is a chili
champion who decided to open his own restaurant. The menu besides chili's
has soup with a chile base( like albondigas, meatball soup!), fajitas, a
variety of burritos, etc. , and many mex dishes only those who have had the
real stuff would be familiar with. The Salsa bar is too die for, Habanero,
Corn and blackbean, Chipotle, Nopales(cactus), plus many more. They also
serve Mexican beers and Margarita's. As you enter check out all the awards
on the wall! everything tasted like it was made from scratch and was fresh!

If your south of Denver stop in, it's located in Littleton. FYI, drive south
on I-25 and take c-470 to University, take the first right on County Line
road and go to Holly turn left and there will be a McD's on the left, its
located in that shopping center. E-mail me off-line for more info.
