This was our first year for it, and we will be back. We promoted our salsa,
chili mix, and dry marinade and sampled the new chili-in-a-jar and the 20
chile hot sauce that we expect to debut by the end of the year. The
reception was great for all of our products.
There were several new vendors and some we met in Albequerquerque.
As far as what's new, we went for jerk and mainly jerk. In a couple of weeks
my wife and I will be hosting a small party just for jerks. I'll post what
we think of the myriad of products, i.e. dry rubs, pastes, and sauces.
Our next trip is the International CASI Chili Cook-off in Terlingua Texas.
Lew and I are competing for the first time and can't wait to see what this
thing is like. We hear is quite a party. Anyone going???
