I had a pack of Pepper Springs "Texas Wildfire Dip" made by Carmine's Kitche in Wylie TX. My wife mixed it per the instructions and we tried it out. This one was hot enough that it slowed us down considerably in eating it. It mentions ground peppers in the ingredients but no varieties. I suspect habaneros from the taste. Anyone else ever try this stuff? Dave
