<<  Went one time to a Chevy's (formerly Rio Bravo) and will never go back.  
The salsa they served with the chips was a foul brown mixture that must have
been 98% salt.  When I asked the server if it was always like this, she 
bubbled about how it "never comes out the same way twice".  Food was sub-par.

The original Chevy's was started here in the San Francisco Bay Area by a guy 
named Scooter and his dad.  Was awesome fresh hot food.  Then Taco Bell 
bought it ruined it.  Now I hear Scooter is back and rebought the chain.  We 
ate there the other day and their use of Chipotle was awesome!  The macho 
salsa is just that!!!!!!!
