sheesh...add in some real andouille sausage, some crawfish 
(fresh...yeah, wrong time of year, but work with me folks), some 
hormone/antibiotic/free range chicken, some organically 
file'/okra/celery/onion/bell pepper (damn, i'm forgetting some 
things...), and BAM, you've got a couple gallons of Gumbo worth 
somewhere around 1000K!!!

Now that's rich eatin'...
