[CH] Freezing chiles

Frist of all, thanks for the cookie sheet and distilled water ideas.

I have posted this before:
Typicially, I just take the peppers right after being picked and wash them
under cold water.  Then I lay them between 2 paper towels and pat them dry
(but ot completely dry).  I pop them immed. into a good freezer bag with
those plastic pull zipper thingies.  I freeze right away.  This works great
for my jals, my serranos, and cilantro.
