I would love to know how to make red chile peanut brittle -- the response
from most chile heads was something to the tune of "Oh my gosh!!  My mouth
is on fire!! I really don't like spicy foods....  Can I have another piece?"
We get similar reactions when we serve the chile-spiked cranberry sauce....

Yes, indeed! Had my first chile peanut brittle in La Mesilla (Las
Cruces), NM! And, was it ever good!!

Do any of you make that peanut brittle??
