My wife and I stumbled upon the 50% off misshapen habanero jack when we
found the shop while wandering around the Sonoma Valley on our honeymoon.
Made a very nice lunch with some crusty bread, fruit, and a bottle of a
buttery Chateau St. Jean chardonnay. I'm drooling at the thought....

Oh Matt,

We are addicted to this wonderful Hot cheese. It's made just an hour from
here. If you happen into the Sonoma Cheese Company store on the square say
hi to Laurie, a beautiful blonde and friend of ours for about 15 years.
Check out the mis-shappened bin in the rear of the store where Hab Cheese
goes for about 50%. It ain't pretty, but so what? We eat it so fast we're
not looking at the shape. They also have been other flavors including
pepper
jack, but the Habanaro Jack is the winner.

<< Any of you tried the Sonoma Jack habanero cheese? Also very tasty --
relatively hot with a significant habanero flavor -- and I think Sonoma Jack
is some of the best jack cheese I've ever had.
