  If only I would have discovered the magic of chiles back when I was a wee lad...  All those lamb dinners would have gone down a bit easier.  We raised 'em when I was growing up; so I downed more bland (sorry mom) lamb than I care to recall.

  Oh well, at least we had salt and pepper...
