Hi Tom,

Good to hear your voice. I got both your e-mails at the same time. I was 
a kind of confused when you asked, what "brats" were, since I thought 
you were American. So this is a regional expression, and yes, I probably 
didn't learn the term when I first came to this country and lived in 
Greenwich, Connecticut. I must have picked it up some where along the 
way...

Great!!!! An American confirming that the Swiss "Bratwurst" are the 
best, better than any German one - Tom, you made my day! I am mostly 
vegetarian, but when it comes to a real Swiss Bratwurst, I'm in heaven! 
My personal preference is the "Kalbsbratwurst", but again that's 
personal taste.
