But my guess is you are trying to verify if this is true and that some
soul isn't using this crack down on mail to "have his seeds and money too".
I guess I have gotten awfully cynical in my old age as well.
If you can verify that the seeds were destroyed then refund the monies.
The authorities must have some form they filled out. A copy of that should
do.
